Who we are
Heritage Home Cleaning Services is a residential cleaning company working across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, from Vancouver to Langley, Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. Most weeks are a mix of regular upkeep for busy households, deep cleans, tenancy and moving cleans, short-term rental turnovers.

Who we work with
Most of our work is for busy families, professionals and seniors who would rather not spend their evenings cleaning. We also work with landlords, property managers and short-term rental hosts who need a consistent turnover between tenants and guests.

How a booking works, step by step

You get in touch
Send the quote form, or email. We ask about the size and condition of the space, the type of clean and how often you would like us.

We confirm the scope and quote
We confirm the team size, expected hours, cleaning scope before booking, including any add-ons. If something needs a closer look, we ask for photos rather than guessing.

We agree on the date and access
We confirm the date and time window and how we will get in: you let us in, a lockbox or code, a building concierge, or a key you leave with us.

We clean to the checklist
The team follows the agreed cleaning scope. With a time cap, we work through priorities from highest to lowest and complete as much as reasonably possible within the booked labour time, rather than guaranteeing the entire list. We discuss any extra work before continuing.

We follow up
If something was missed or you have a concern, contact us promptly by email. We will review what happened and work with you toward a reasonable resolution.
